Office rubbish removal across Sydney
Office rubbish removal usually comes up at a turning point: a lease ending, a team shrinking, a refit, or a shop closing its doors. What's left behind is furniture nobody is taking to the next place.
Send us photos of what's going and tell us the building's rules. We'll come back with a fixed price that already allows for the lift, the dock and the walk to the truck.
- Fully insured (public liability)
- Fixed quote from photos
- No deposit, pay once loaded
What's included
What you get
Included in your quote
- Desks, cabinets and chairs carried from the floor to the truck, with a second person when the job needs it
- Working within the lift, loading dock and sign-in rules you've arranged with building management
- Splitting workstations or taking legs off tables where that's what gets them through a door
- Sweeping the cleared floor once the last item is out
- Commercial waste disposal costs, including tip fees and the NSW waste levy, built into your quote
What we take
- Desks, workstations, boardroom tables and office chairs
- Metal filing cabinets, lockers and freestanding shelving
- Freestanding partitions, screens and whiteboards
- Fit-out leftovers such as packaging, offcuts and spare carpet tiles
- Shop fittings: display racks, counters, gondolas and signage
- Kitchenette tables, a staff fridge or a microwave
What we can't take
What we don't take
- Confidential paperwork needing certified destruction, which we don't offer, so book a secure shredding service for that
- Joinery, partitions or shelving still fixed to walls, floors or ceilings
- Toner in bulk and workplace cleaning chemicals
- Asbestos, or anything that might contain it
- Chemicals
- Paint and solvents
- Oils and fuels
- Gas bottles
- Liquids
- Medical or clinical waste
- Batteries in bulk
- Anything else hazardous
For asbestos, please use a licensed asbestos removalist. For household chemicals, paint and gas bottles, use a Community Recycling Centre or a household chemical drop-off day.

How an office rubbish removal quote works
On commercial jobs, access shapes the price as much as the furniture does. Ten desks beside a ground-floor door is one job. The same ten desks on level eight with a shared goods lift is another.
Tell us the building's rules and we'll quote around them. Does the lift need booking? Does the dock have set hours? Where can a truck legally stop? We can send our certificate of currency for public liability on request.
If you can only move things at certain times, say so up front. We'll tell you honestly whether our schedule fits before you approve anything.
Photos that help us quote
- Each area with items going, shot from the doorway
- Heavy pieces up close, such as four-drawer cabinets or a safe
- The path out: corridors, doors, stairs and the lift
- The dock, rear lane or kerb where the truck would pull in
- Anything you're not sure is freestanding
Step 1: Send photos
Snap a few photos of what needs to go, and tell us your suburb and when you'd like it gone.
Step 2: Get a fixed quote
We'll confirm we've got your photos straight away, then send a fixed quote.
Step 3: Approve and book
Happy with the price? We book the next available slot.
Step 4: Gone the day we come
We load it all, sweep up and take it away. The price is fixed: you pay by card once it's loaded, or by a secure card payment link if you're not home. No deposit.
Prices include GST, labour, loading, tip fees and the NSW waste levy.
What to sort out before move-out day
A commercial clear-out can stall on details nobody chased up in advance. A few emails a week out save a lot of standing around.
- Book the goods lift or dock with building management and ask about sign-in
- Empty every drawer and send confidential files to a secure shredding service
- Take the hard drives out of any computers that are going
- Label the furniture that's staying so it doesn't end up on the truck
FAQ
Office rubbish removal: common questions
Can you do an office clear-out after hours?
We don't promise it in advance, because it depends on the job and what's already booked. Tell us the hours the building allows and we'll say plainly whether we can fit them.
Is this the same as commercial rubbish removal for a shop or warehouse?
Yes. Commercial rubbish removal works the same way whether it's an office, a retail tenancy or a small warehouse: photos, a fixed quote, then we load it out.
Our building manager wants proof of insurance. Can you send it?
Yes. We can send our certificate of currency for public liability on request.
Can you move office furniture to our new premises?
No. Our office furniture removal is one way: it goes on the truck and gets disposed of. For relocating furniture you're keeping, you'll need a removalist.
Do you handle office junk removal for small jobs, like a few chairs?
Yes. Office junk removal doesn't need to be a full floor. A storeroom of broken chairs and old monitors is quoted the same way, from your photos.
