Quote terms

Last updated October 2026

1. How we quote

Our quotes are fixed prices based on the photos and description you send us. Any price guide on our website is a guide only; the price in your quote is the one that applies.

2. If it's different on the day

If what's on site is different from your photos or description (for example, there's more of it, it's heavier, or access is harder), we'll give you a new quote before we load anything. You can accept it or decline it.

3. What's included

Quoted prices include GST, labour, loading, tip fees and the NSW waste levy.

4. What we don't take

We don't take asbestos (or anything suspected to contain it), chemicals, paint, solvents, oils or fuels, gas bottles, liquids, medical or clinical waste, batteries in bulk, or anything else hazardous. Heavy materials such as soil, concrete, bricks, tiles and rubble are quoted separately and may be declined because of our truck's 2-tonne payload.

5. Safety

We may refuse any load, or part of a load, that we reasonably believe is unsafe or hazardous to handle or transport.

If we find asbestos, or material we suspect contains asbestos, the job stops. We won't touch or move it, and you'll need a licensed asbestos removalist for that material.

6. Booking and payment

Nothing is booked until you approve your quote. There's no deposit. Payment is due when the job is done, by card or bank transfer.

7. Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
