Furniture & couch removal across Sydney
Furniture & couch removal is the job people put off longest, because a three-seater or a solid wardrobe takes two people and a truck to shift. So the old lounge sits in the garage, or the broken recliner stays in the corner, waiting.
Take a photo of each piece and send it through with your address. We reply with a fixed price, and once you approve it we carry everything out, down the stairs if needed, and drive it away.
- Fully insured (public liability)
- Fixed quote from photos
- No deposit, pay once loaded

How a furniture & couch removal quote works
One clear photo per piece usually does it. Show the whole item, and add a size note where it helps, like corner modular, two-metre wardrobe or eight-seat table.
With furniture, access affects the price more than the pieces themselves. Tell us the floor, whether there's a lift, and whether the stairs are straight or turn back on themselves. A photo of the stairwell saves a lot of guessing.
Photos that help us quote
- Each piece of furniture, shown in full
- A rough size for big items (seats, metres, doors)
- The stairwell, lift or hallway it has to pass through
- Where the truck can pull up in relation to the door
Step 1: Send photos
Snap a few photos of what needs to go, and tell us your suburb and when you'd like it gone.
Step 2: Get a fixed quote
We'll confirm we've got your photos straight away, then send a fixed quote.
Step 3: Approve and book
Happy with the price? We book the next available slot.
Step 4: Gone the day we come
We load it all, sweep up and take it away. The price is fixed: you pay by card once it's loaded, or by a secure card payment link if you're not home. No deposit.
Prices include GST, labour, loading, tip fees and the NSW waste levy.
Getting it down stairs and out of apartments
If a couch came in through the door, it can nearly always go back out the same way. When it can't, we unscrew legs, take wardrobe doors off or split a modular into its sections, then carry the parts.
Strata buildings often want the lift booked or padded, and some have a loading dock or visitor bay we can use. Let us know any building rules when you send the photos so we can plan around them.
- Check whether the lift needs a booking or protective blankets
- Ask building management about loading dock or visitor parking
- Clear the hallway of shoes, prams and bikes on the day
FAQ
Furniture & couch removal: common questions
Will you carry a sofa down three flights of stairs?
Yes. Sofa removal from upper floors is a two-person carry, so we bring a second person and take it carefully. Include a photo of the stairwell so the quote reflects it.
My couch is a heavy recliner with a motor. Can you take it?
Yes. Powered recliners are heavy, so we bring a second person to manage them. Unplug it beforehand and mention it's electric when you send the photo.
Do you only take broken furniture, or good pieces too?
Old furniture removal covers worn-out and broken pieces, but usable pieces go on the truck just the same. If you'd like something to go to a charity instead, it's worth calling them first, since they're often fussy about condition.
Can you pick up unwanted furniture from the garage while I'm at work?
Yes. Unwanted furniture removal doesn't need you there, as long as the quote is approved and we can get to the pieces. Leave the garage open or arrange a key.
Can you take apart a bunk bed or flat-pack wardrobe?
Yes, where it's needed to get it out. We'll unscrew what has to come apart. Anything fixed to the wall should be taken down before we arrive.
