Estates, acreage and big sheds
In the newer estates, homes tend to be large with double garages, and a typical job is a garage or spare room that has filled up since moving in. Driveways there are generally easy for the truck.
Out on acreage it's a different picture. You'll often find long gravel driveways, gates, sheds and old outbuildings, along with paddocks or gardens that produce a lot of green waste. Some properties have years of machinery parts and fencing materials stacked up.
If the truck needs to come onto the property, tell us about the driveway surface, gates and any soft ground. A loaded truck shouldn't go onto a wet paddock, so we may load from the driveway instead.

Step 4: Gone the day we come
We load it all, sweep up and take it away. The price is fixed: you pay by card once it's loaded, or by a secure card payment link if you're not home. No deposit.
Prices include GST, labour, loading, tip fees and the NSW waste levy.

Do you come out to acreage further from the city?
Yes, we service the whole Hills District, semi-rural properties included. Put your address in with your photos and the travel is part of the fixed quote.
Can the truck drive down our gravel driveway?
Usually. Send a photo of the driveway and gate. If the ground is soft or the turn is too tight, we park where it's safe and carry from there.
There are old fuel cans and gas bottles in the shed. Can you take them?
No. Fuel, gas bottles, chemicals and paint aren't things we take. Most other shed contents can go, so set those aside before we arrive.
