Strata buildings, harbour stairs and tight streets
A lot of the area is apartments, from older walk-ups to newer towers. Many strata buildings ask for the goods lift to be booked and padded, or for removalists to use the loading dock, so check with your building manager and let us know the time slot.
Down towards the harbour, some houses sit below the street with long stairways or narrow side paths. Streets are often tight with limited parking, so a nearby spot we can use is worth mentioning.
Garden prunings are common on sloping harbour blocks, and they usually have to come up steps in bags.
