House clearance across Sydney

A house clearance is for when most of a home needs to go, not just a few pieces. It suits a place about to go on the market, a home being left after downsizing, a rental that has been left full, or a home that has simply got on top of the people living in it.

Step 1 of 2: Get your fixed quote

We'll send your quote here.

Start typing and pick your address, or type the street and suburb.

Photos (required)

Add at least 1 photo – 4 or more from different angles gets you the most accurate quote. Up to 8, 10MB each.

0 of 8 photos added.

We can clear the whole property in one go or work through it room by room. You decide what stays, we carry out and load everything else, and each room is swept as we finish it.

  • Fully insured (public liability)
  • Fixed quote from photos
  • No deposit, pay once loaded

How a house clearance quote is worked out

Walk through the house with your phone and photograph each room from the doorway, then open the wardrobes and cupboards and take another shot. That's usually enough for us to price the full job.

If you only want certain rooms done, or want to spread it over a few visits, tell us and we'll quote each part separately so you can approve them one at a time.

Photos that help us quote

  • Each room from the doorway
  • Inside wardrobes, cupboards and the linen press
  • Garage, shed and any under-house storage
  • The front path, stairs or lift we'll be carrying through
  • Anything set aside to stay, so we know to leave it
  1. Step 1: Send photos

Snap a few photos of what needs to go, and tell us your suburb and when you'd like it gone.

  2. Step 2: Get a fixed quote

We'll confirm we've got your photos straight away, then send a fixed quote.

  3. Step 3: Approve and book

Happy with the price? We book the next available slot.

  4. Step 4: Gone the day we come

We load it all, sweep up and take it away. The price is fixed: you pay by card once it's loaded, or by a secure card payment link if you're not home. No deposit.

Prices include GST, labour, loading, tip fees and the NSW waste levy.

Hoarder clean-outs, handled with discretion

Some homes have filled up over many years. Whether it's your own place or a relative's, we treat it like any other property clearance: no judgement, no comments, just steady work through each room.

Every job is handled discreetly. If certain items need to be kept, or a family member wants to check boxes as we go, we'll work at that pace.

Clearing before a sale or a move

If the house is going on the market, book the clearance before the stylist, cleaners and photographer. Empty rooms are easier to clean and present, and you won't be working around leftover furniture.

FAQ

House clearance: common questions

Can family members keep some items aside?

Yes. Move keep items to one room, or mark them clearly with tape or a sticky note, and we'll leave them alone. If someone changes their mind on the day, just tell us.

Do you offer house clearance services for a whole home in one visit?

Yes, if it fits on our truck. A full family home can take more than one load, and we'll say so in the quote so there are no surprises.

Can you clear a house that people are still living in?

Yes. That's where room by room works well. We can clear the spare rooms and garage first and come back for the rest once the move is closer, with each stage quoted on its own.

Does someone need to be at the house while you work?

No. Once the quote is approved and keys are arranged through a lockbox, neighbour or agent, we can clear it without anyone there.

Will you clear the backyard and shed as well?

Yes. Include photos of the yard and shed with the rest of the house and we'll put it all into one price.
