Rubbish Removal

Construction waste removal across Sydney

Construction waste removal is mostly about keeping a site workable. Offcuts, flattened boxes, broken plasterboard and the old vanity from the strip-out pile up and soon get in the way of the next trade.

Step 1 of 2: Get your fixed quote

We'll send your quote here.

Start typing and pick your address, or type the street and suburb.

Photos (required)

Add at least 1 photo – 4 or more from different angles gets you the most accurate quote. Up to 8, 10MB each.

0 of 8 photos added.

Send us photos of the pile and we'll send back a fixed price. Once it's approved, we load it from wherever it's stacked and sweep the area, so your crew keeps working.

  • Fully insured (public liability)
  • Fixed quote from photos
  • No deposit, pay once loaded

What's included

What you get

Included in your quote

  • Loading from the front yard, the back of the block, a garage or an upper floor
  • We do the lifting, with a second person when the job needs it, so your trades stay on their own work
  • A sweep of the cleared area, ready for the next stage or handover
  • Recurring pickups for builders and renovators running longer jobs

What we take

  • Timber offcuts, pallets, old framing and formwork ply
  • Plasterboard offcuts and damaged sheets from new work
  • Cardboard, plastic wrap, polystyrene and other delivery packaging
  • Strip-out waste once removed: kitchens, vanities, doors, carpet and underlay
  • Old guttering, downpipes and sheet metal

What we can't take

What we don't take

  • Asbestos or anything suspected to contain it, including old fibro, eaves linings and some old vinyl flooring. If we find it, the job stops
  • Concrete, bricks, tiles, rubble and soil in volume: quoted separately or declined because of our 2-tonne payload
  • Demolition: we load what's already been pulled out, we don't knock anything down
  • Leftover paint, adhesives, sealants, solvents and fuel tins
  • Asbestos, or anything that might contain it
  • Chemicals
  • Paint and solvents
  • Oils and fuels
  • Gas bottles
  • Liquids
  • Medical or clinical waste
  • Batteries in bulk
  • Anything else hazardous

For asbestos, please use a licensed asbestos removalist. For household chemicals, paint and gas bottles, use a Community Recycling Centre or a household chemical drop-off day.

Heavy materials (soil, concrete, bricks, tiles, rubble) are quoted separately because of our truck's 2-tonne payload, and some loads may need to be declined.

How a construction waste removal quote works

On a building site, weight matters more than size. A big stack of packaging and timber is light. A smaller heap with tiles, bricks or concrete in it can go over what our truck is allowed to carry.

Photograph the pile from two sides so we can see what's underneath. If there's masonry, rubble or soil in there, tell us upfront: we'll price it separately or let you know it isn't a fit for our truck.

Photos that help us quote

  • The pile from at least two sides
  • Close-ups of anything heavy: tiles, bricks, concrete or soil
  • Any old sheeting or linings you're unsure about
  • Where the truck can park and the path to the pile
  • Stairs, scaffolding or tight spots the waste has to pass through
  1. Step 1: Send photos

Snap a few photos of what needs to go, and tell us your suburb and when you'd like it gone.

  2. Step 2: Get a fixed quote

We'll confirm we've got your photos straight away, then send a fixed quote.

  3. Step 3: Approve and book

Happy with the price? We book the next available slot.

  4. Step 4: Gone the day we come

We load it all, sweep up and take it away. The price is fixed: you pay by card once it's loaded, or by a secure card payment link if you're not home. No deposit.

Prices include GST, labour, loading, tip fees and the NSW waste levy.

Regular pickups through a build

Renovation rubbish removal tends to come in waves: a big load at strip-out, a steady trickle of offcuts and packaging during the build, then a final clean before handover. If you'd like a site cleared on a regular rhythm, ask about recurring pickups when you send your first photos.

Each pickup is quoted from photos, and building site clean-ups go smoother when the pile is sorted:

  • Keep rubble, tiles and bricks in their own pile, away from timber and packaging
  • Put anything that looks like old fibro or lining aside and have it tested before it goes near the general pile

FAQ

Builders waste removal: common questions

Will you take the tiles and bedding from a bathroom strip-out?

A small amount mixed into a mostly light load is usually fine. A full bathroom of tiles, mortar bed and brick is heavy, so it's quoted separately or declined because of our 2-tonne payload.

What happens if you find asbestos?

We stop work on that pile. We never load asbestos or suspected asbestos, which includes old fibro, eaves linings and some older vinyl. A licensed asbestos removalist needs to handle it.

Can you pull out the old kitchen for us?

No. We don't demolish or strip out. Once your trades have removed the cabinets or flooring, we'll load them from wherever they've been stacked.

Do you take plasterboard?

Offcuts and broken sheets from new work, yes. Linings from older homes can contain asbestos, so check those first.

Can you do builders waste removal when nobody is on site?

Yes. Once the quote is approved, tell us the gate code or where the key is and where the pile will be. If it has grown since the photos, we re-quote before loading.
