Hard rubbish removal across Sydney
Hard rubbish removal is for the big, awkward things that never fit in a wheelie bin: the old lounge, a dead fridge, the trampoline the kids outgrew, a wardrobe with a broken door.
You choose when it goes. Send us photos and the date you'd like, approve the fixed price, and we book the next available slot. There's no booking window to wait for and no cap on the number of items, as long as it fits on our 2-tonne truck.
- Fully insured (public liability)
- Fixed quote from photos
- No deposit, pay once loaded

What we can't take
What we don't take
- Paint tins, pool chemicals and garden sprays that tend to sit at the bottom of a pile
- Mowers, outboards or car parts with fuel or oil still in them
- Gas bottles from old barbecues and patio heaters
- Asbestos, or anything that might contain it
- Chemicals
- Paint and solvents
- Oils and fuels
- Gas bottles
- Liquids
- Medical or clinical waste
- Batteries in bulk
- Anything else hazardous
For asbestos, please use a licensed asbestos removalist. For household chemicals, paint and gas bottles, use a Community Recycling Centre or a household chemical drop-off day.
Heavy materials (soil, concrete, bricks, tiles, rubble) are quoted separately because of our truck's 2-tonne payload, and some loads may need to be declined.

How a hard rubbish removal quote works
We price a bulky waste pickup on how much room it takes up on the truck and how hard it is to get out. A photo of each big item, plus one wide shot of everything together, usually tells us all we need.
If a trampoline or cubby is still standing, let us know whether you'll pull it apart or want us to load it in one piece. Either is fine, it just changes the time on site.
Photos that help us quote
- One wide shot showing every item together
- Each large item on its own, with the door or label visible on whitegoods
- Anything still assembled, like a trampoline or play set
- The route out: stairs, lifts, side gates or a long driveway
Step 1: Send photos
Snap a few photos of what needs to go, and tell us your suburb and when you'd like it gone.
Step 2: Get a fixed quote
We'll confirm we've got your photos straight away, then send a fixed quote.
Step 3: Approve and book
Happy with the price? We book the next available slot.
Step 4: Gone the day we come
We load it all, sweep up and take it away. The price is fixed: you pay by card once it's loaded, or by a secure card payment link if you're not home. No deposit.
Prices include GST, labour, loading, tip fees and the NSW waste levy.
Getting more onto one truckload
Hard waste removal goes further when the load packs well. A 2-tonne tipper holds a lot, and a few small steps on your end can mean the whole pile goes in one trip.
- Take legs off tables and unscrew bed frames if you can do it easily
- Empty drawers and cupboards so the furniture is lighter to carry
- Keep anything heavy, like pavers or bricks, separate so we can quote it properly
FAQ
Hard rubbish removal: common questions
Is there a limit on how many items I can get rid of?
Only the size and weight of our truck. If the pile is bigger than one load, we'll tell you in the quote and price a second trip.
Can I pick the day for my hard rubbish pick up?
Yes. Tell us when you'd like it gone when you send photos. Once you approve the quote we book the next available slot, or a later date that suits you better.
Can I leave everything on the front lawn and go to work?
Yes. As long as the quote is approved and the pile matches the photos, you don't need to be there. Let us know where it will be sitting, and we'll text you a secure card payment link once it's loaded.
Do you take old fridges and freezers?
Yes. Make sure they're empty and unplugged a day ahead so any water has drained out. Tape the doors shut if you're leaving them outside.
What about a spa cover, a piano or a pool table?
These are quoted case by case from photos – some need extra hands or specialist movers. Send a clear photo and tell us how far it has to travel. We'll say upfront if it isn't a fit for us.
